Could you please share a legal notice format for below mentioned issue and anti-poaching claims.
Pay package was not at par with industry standards nor was within the ranks and work profile though performance was good in a IT Company.
Disparity existed in pay package of the employees with nearly similar experience technical-non technical roles, valuable resources couldn't switch employer for better packages.

Legal notices usually sends through lawyers only. You can send your personal notices to the other party on your own communication.
