Corporate law----compensation


Hi experts, I am from Delhi and working in a Pvt company. One month I met with a life threatening accident in company cab and have a fracture in my cervical bone. They are providing me with medical expenses but, here my question is m I also eligible for any kind of compensation from company as I have a six years old son and always scared of having some problems because of this accident. Doctors said u r lucky that fracture is not in cervical 3 -4 bone else you could have been paralysed and right now also restricted me a movements for three months. Your advice would be highly appreciated. Tia

if u are covered under ESI u can claim compensation under the Act. if not you can claim compensation under MV Act.
