Is scanning the examination question (just question, not answers) that was asked by technical university and now been publsihed by some guide and then watermarking those scanned question with our website name is illegal?
As I have heard that the questions asked in exam dont have any copyright thing.
Concept: I dont believe in the money making policies adopted by different publisher by collecting the questions and then selling it to students at high prices. I want to collect all those asked question and give it free to students through a website
