As far as Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are concerned, the police department is already is on that process to show every thing in the portal including F.I.R.s

some states keep an updated record of all firs registered, some are in the process. you may check the maharashtra government portal.

I checked on Maharashtra Police portal. There's nothing there.
