i was convicted and sentenced in cbi bribe case few years back. after that i put the case in high court and same has been accepted but no hearing has started till date. last to last year they started departmental enquiry but before getting result of the same they have given me dismiisal notice from service few days back and asking for repesentation.what should i do as i m only a year due for retirement, pls suggest?
