1.Land has been converted from agri to Residential(143 approved by SDM)
2.Situated in sector -164 near expressway ,Nalgadha village ,noida
Could you please help us in below situation:
1. the Question here is that, does the authority have any right(acquisition or like,as per plan SEZ in masterplan) on this land which got 143 done successfully in Sept,2014?
2.Difference between 143 (privately converted free hold land) and Authority alloted land?
3.what is the role of noida authority in this land (any time in future)?
