Dear Sir,
If I purchase agricultural land in Gurgaon for the purpose of setting a school , what are the steps of conversion it to Commercial land. Kindly let me know the steps and is it possible to do it and how much time it takes.

Apply to Tahasildar Offfice /Collector in that region. It should take not more than 6 months if you comple procedural formalities.
