I need following clarification:

1. Is registration under Shops and Establishment Act required, if the premises is out side the Municipal limits of the city?

2. Will RC under Contract Laqbour Act will be required, if applicable for the aforesaid premises - in either case i.e., whether registartion under Shops and Establishment Act is required or Not?
