We are trying to hire employee on 6 months contract . Just in case contract needs to be ended before 6 months, do we need to provide any notice? Is statutory (PF ) to be paid to the contract employee? Should employer make consolidated salary? Are all standard benefits to be provided to the contract employee as same as the full time employees?
