Contempt of court- civil case

hello,

we have 2 grounds of land with houses in hyderabad which is a ancestral property.

i live out of state and transferring back to the city where the land is there. this is a ancestral property and half of it is using my one of the legal heir wth his family who is also a defendant. no writen statemnt filed yet. and the other house is vacant/empy .there is a partition suit  pending, filed by me, and the case is in issues stage. since it is a ancestrl property, docs are not that perfect but at the same ,there is NO third parties involved and  no objection are expected.

with this state, do i have vist rights and take possesin to live on the other half. will it add to any contempt of court with me being the plaintiff.? what acton of mine will become a contempt of court in this case.
