The High Court has ordered in my favour on 12 January 2015 to implement the same within 4 weeks, but my Employer has not yet implemented the order. Shall I file a contempt to the same court? What is the last date of such filing? Please advise me.

The Order was in favour of my promotion to higher grade. In the order, my employer was specifically directed to comply with the promotion within 4 weeks from the date of the order.
