Respected sir/madam,
I had purchased CCTV Camera from a dealer with cash payment and Paytm Payment I have no cash receipt taken from dealer but paytm payment are available in dealer name.
After six month cctv camera not working and dealer giving one year warranty on phone but no one come to my house after calling so many times.
How can I file complaint against dealer about my problem.
Please help me that I have cctv camera detail and Paytm payment against dealer name.

Make all possible efforts and issue a Registered Notice under CP Act immediately. Narrate all details of such payment and assurances made. Request for either for replacement or refund of the entire amount with interest for deficiency of services. The costs of filing a complaint as a party in person cost you less than Rs.200/-
