Respected sir/madam,

I had purchased CCTV Camera from a dealer with cash payment and Paytm Payment I have no cash receipt taken from dealer but paytm payment are available in dealer name.
after six month cctv camera not working and dealer giving one year warranty on phone but no one come to my house after calling so many times.
How can I file complaint against dealer about my problem.

Please help me that I have cctv camera detail and Paytm payment against dealer name.
