Consumer Forum

Can a District Consumer Forum review it's own daily order to proceed in ex-parte proceeding? In my case court has ordered to proceed ex-parte after the OP did not file written version after 45 days, even after appearance. Can district consumer court revisit its order. Mr. Ramachandran replied to my earlier msg. Need more clarification.

But the district forum had no right to pass ex-partee order. Forum have only right to struck of your right to file reply. You must challenge this before state commission then National commission
