Construction of a compund wall

Sir,

My neighbour is constructing the COMPOUND WALL between his land and my land, but a part of the wall is falling in my land.He is very powerful and influencing person.But i am a very poor person.Now how to stop the construction of the wall.Shall i give complaint to the police or any other solution , so that the construction of the can be stopped immediately.Please the advice and suggestions are very urgent.
