Constitutional validity

Can a law which although is not ultra vires and also does not violate the rights guaranteed by part III, be struck down if it violates some other provisions of the Constitution?

This seems to be just an academic query and very unlikely scenario since such a law would surely be infringing on something or the other under Part III. It would be better if you put forth some real examples so that one can read and examine such a situation and then give comments.

Yes, the law framed must be in tune with the constitution any part thereof which offends any part of the constitution can be struck down.
