A director of pvt ltd company is disqualifed to act has director under companies act 2013 because of non filling of financial statement.the disqualification period is upto Nov 2022.we got an interim stay from high court.Incase the outcome of case is lost whether period he act as director during interim stay is additionally added to disqualification period or disqualification ends on originally on Nov 2002 ?
