Connecting the cases rcr, g&wc

Dear Experts,

Please let me know how can I proceed to merge the G&WC case, RCR (Both of them are getting into CE stage) as these two cases are going on under the same family court?

Is it possible to do this, if so who has to initiate?

I hope more or less we may have to get into the same arguments for both
