I am a doctor with MBBS and Diploma Radiodiagnosis. I appeared for Post Diploma CET conducted by DNB on Nov 2017,the result of which was declared in Feb 2018 and was allotted a seat in RPGMC Tanda, Himachal Pradesh. Now at the time of joining.authorities are asking me to sign 7lac bond for 5year service to HP state after completion of my course.The notification for ds was dated 9th march 2018. but they won't give admission without signing the
bond.i belong to Jammu n Kashmir n thereby practically not feasible for me to serve the bond.
moreover nowhere in prospectus or seat matrix or even at the time of allotment of seat, it was mentioned dt ds is a bond applied to this seat. What should I do now?
