I am a Government officer. Recently a Court Order has reached to me where I have been directed to make a hearing to the plaintiff. But , all these depend on some records which are to be provided by some other Department under the same Government. Now, I am confused that if those records will not been provided by that Department , what will be my course of action? Should I be held with Contemt Of Court?
