Complaint lodged against me by same person with whom case is in court

hello, i had received summons of court and the case is in session court and still that person filled police complain against me on the same crime.... does it possible

No. It is invalid. A person can not vaxed twice for same crime. In case of need consult with details. Sidharth 9811776422

Hi! Please take note of section 300 under CrPC to be more clear.

As per section 300, a person once convicted or acquitted for an offence cannot be tried for the same offence. This is commonly known as the doctrine of double jeapardy. However, if you have have been charged for, say theft, you can be charged again on the same facts for the offence of robbery if the requirements of the latter's section are met with.
