I would like to about the procedure to file a complaint against a dental clinic running in a residentail area, which is creating a lot of problems to the residents due to parking issues. Many times the Dr. has been asked by the neighbours to make some arrangement of parking but he is not bothered at all. Inspite he is becoming aggrresive day by day & uses abusive language if someone complaints regarding the parking issue due to heavy footfall of patients visiting his clinic.
Kindly guide & advise accordingly.
