In state cases why complainant (who is also witness in the case) is not allowed to participate in court proceedings while it has seen in many cases public prosecutor are over loaded cases and he/she unable to give required time to one particular case and accuse take its advantage like in 325 IPC case victim X ray report is in case file but same has not get prove by Doctor during his evidence as APP /PP forget to ask about this. And court drop the charge of 325 ipc as it is not proved in evidence stage.
How this type of gross miscarriage of justice can minimize during trial.
