Compensatory job

Hi,

If there has been partiality taken in compensatory jobs appointment, then is there a possibility to challenge the deptt in court. If yes, is there a time limit for this to report. How and where?

you have to approach Central Administrative Tribunal if you are central Govt Employee

State Administrative Tribunal if state Govt Employee.

your query vague.  It doe snot specify whaqt sort of partiality was there and when it was there. It is also not clear whether it is central /state deptt/PSU.  Come with facts.

In compensatory appointments, these days because of 5% qouta, the jobs are being offered to the most deserving cases. Like jobs are being offered to them who are in worst situation. But, in my case the person who was more well off then my family. Department of  Posts ( central govt) is in the question.

challange the decision in CAT with proof, making the selected person a respondent and after represtntation to the deptt.
