1) My land lord is ready to do out of court settlement he wants me to vacte the shop advance we paid was Rs 30,000 in 1987 Karnataka/ Bangalore
Current Rent i pay is Rs 2500 for 80 Sq Ft shop
He needs shop for own use , he is ready to pay 1,20,000 .
I asked for 5 lakh & reduced to 3.5 Lakh , he might increase to 1.5 to 2 L , Normally how much can i ask ??
As per market new tenant can give him 3 lakh advance & 13, 000 Rent
some land lords have paid upto 7-10 lakhs in same area ? what are my options
.
2) if land lord files eviction lawsuit on grounds of failure to pay rent or sub letting how much time case might run in court ?? what are my expenses for lawyer or court ??
