I have an autistic son who keeps making noise. My neighbour on my flat above has been trying to expell my son from the building. Initially he tried for public support but nobody supported him. So now he keeps beating his flooring which is my ceiling as if he intend to break it and at times abuses also. He has been explained several times that the child is abnormal and doesnt understand what he does. But my neighbour is bent on harrassing me and my family.
