Sir / Madam,

                        if accused is convicted under 138 of N.I. Act, 1881 and only  FINE and ONE MONTH simple imprisonment have been impossed without giving any COMPENSATION or CHEQUE AMOUNT. whether such judgement is proper? kindly reply....

yes , compansation is not right.
