Company investors

A company named IMC's an employee cheated the local investors of approx one lakh rupees.
As proof only some signatures of both the parties are available.
Investors want to file case. Kindly discuss

You can report the matter to local police and you can also file suit for recovery against the company and the employee. Consult a lawyer with details.
