Company cheat the employes

Whats the minimum claim if the company terminates the peoples at a time without proper reason?

when an employer ends the employment of an employee who has been continuously employed for three months, the employer must provide the employee with either written notice of termination, termination pay or a combination (as long as the notice and the termination pay together equal the length of notice the employee is entitled to receive).

Is that 3 months employment is mandatory as per our government ? Because, As per offer letter they mentioned like one month notice period. How do we expect the 3 months pay from them?

 

And if they are not ready to give 3 months pay means what would be our next move(anyway to file a case against them)?
