Dear All,

is there any provision for inter company transfer transactions. in a case if a company accomadates the employees of its sister concern are there any formalities to be followed or any permission to be obtained from any authority. please clarify whether this question comes under Indian Companies Act or by any other provision.

dear there is no such permissions to be abtained from any authority and more over wen we issue the appointment order mostly the condition like this is to clearly stated and only the transfer is enough for documentation purpose

what about inter party transactions between two related companies. i hope permisison should be obtained from Ministry of corporate affairs.

What are actions to be taken when a fellow Director cheats , siphons operates a closed account . Action is taken under what section and should the matter be filed at Head office location or could it be anywhere else ! Tks

If any of the directors has done fraud OR CHEATING, file a complaint under Sec 420 of IPC.

There is not permission to be obtained under the Companies Act, 1956. Provisions of Section 297 of the Companies Act, 1956would apply to inter company transaction for sale of goods or services and not to employees
