this is regarding the usage/ disturbance caused by neighbours on a private passage that leads to my house( only Access way to my house from road) from neighbours who are eventual owners who have bought the property from three brothers like us. Others have other access means from road other than the passage but want to establish their ownership just as the documents says the passage as common. Problem is when they misuse the usage causing trouble and causing ugly behaviour which is a disturbance to only us. What kind of legal action we need to take to ensure peaceful living without problem from the neighbours over this passage?
