Is your society had been formed?

Only one parking is allowed to each flat owner.

Commercial car are not allowed to park in ur common open space pass such resolution in ur meeting. If some body deny to follw this rule made police complaint against such person.

If you have a society, sort out the problem by representing to society.  Most of the occupants are real owners and they have to live in that premises for decades and maintaining cordial relations matters most.  A parking place is not definitely a play ground, when you raise objections you have to stand on a firm ground which is equitable.

Sir,

In Maharshtra CHS Model Bye-Laws, the Parking laws in a registered CHS are explicitely laid out.

The permission for the members and their children to play in the society ground is laid out as under:

"167.: The meeting of the General Body of the Society may, after taking into consideration the location of the building or buildings of the  Society and their surroundings and the open space available for playing games by the Members of the Society and their children, allow such games to be played  during such hours as may be fixed by the meeting of the General Body of the Society and subject to such restrictions, charges and penalties as it may impose."

Good Luck,

Kishor Mehta
