Sir, I want to buy a commercial complex in Hyderabad and Residential property in Village and Construct a property where First floor consists of Shops to be letout and second floor consists of Residential rooms. In third case is registration process different? and do i need to have two separate registrations i.e for Shops as commercial property and for First floor as Residential property?
