Commercial furniture showroom in residential building

Hi iam the owner of the shop my tenant not vacant shop the case is running from 2007 and tenant have purchased showroom in 1st floor in front of my shop my advocate said tenant have other option for earning so got any proof and I got his agreement copy but in agreement copy mantion this is residential building and now tenant said in court he will staying this building not showroom So pls help how can I prove this is commercial property
