My society is suffering form one person who has buy one flat in ground floor and made it as godown ( to put his business material). He is using it as office and also park his commercial vehicle in residential society because of it many person has to park their vehicle outside of society.
What legal action we can take in this matter? IF we want to send some written complain where we can send it?
