In my apartment complex, we are paying 20 thousand to builder to be paid as bribe to BBMP for issuing Khata. This 20 thousand is over and above the DD and charges to be paid to BBMP.
Does it falls under prevention of corruption act. Even those who are paying 20 thousand, can be charged ?
What is the case against builder, for collecting money to be paid as bribe.
