Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 , 125(3)
I want ask
1) under this case if my passport is cancelled once and then after finishing this case can i get the password reissued without any problem?
2) if my wife BA passed and I am 10+2 failed then also can my wife take the maintenance
3) in case i am still ready to accept her , i can offer her seprate house then court can give some relaxations
4) as my profession is no auto driver i have the written salary slips in india , does court will see that slary slips
that is from private company not any private limited company
