i am sunil , i am co-oblignat with my wife for Housing Loan, i have a dispute a case of divorce is going on due to misunderstanding in bangalore. I came to know through the CIBIL that property is in Joint Ownership. Also i have given an amount during co-obligant. Now she is hiding the information regarding the the Loan Account and the property.She has some amount due and she is threatening that i will get my property after paying balance amount and there is a child i will claim for the maintenance also. All the information is hidden and she changed the job recently and is not in contact. Please give me suggestion how to proceed with this matter. as it is urgent. I need to provide the bank any information and i need to get the bank account number and i need sale deed to proceed. It is purely post marital issues and also as i am co-obligant i need to make the Loan account as dispute through proper channel before she clears the loan amount. Please give suggestions how to go about it
