Dear Expert,
CMM/DM sent court Ameen for vacating Immovable property. Defaulted borrower not vacated the posession. Banking again pursuing with DM/CMM for vacating the posession with police force. It was two months over two time it was postphoned. It will be again posted on 10-4-2014. How long it will take. Is there any time limit for this.
