Club running on trust premises

Dear Sir,

I want your views  in below mentioned case –

In our locality we run a club which is registered under Societies Reg Act. for social up liftment and we also conduct various services like run a library to our members and various other service like sports, drawing, various classical programme etc. Regularly we held Annual General Meeting & Executive Meeting for smooth running day to day activities of Club we also file Income Tax Return.

The problem is the premises where our club is situated is own by a Trust. The trustees of above mentioned Trust are contributed   the place by 18 members/trustee long time ago, most of the trustees was expired now only five trustees are alive. Out of five trustees three trustees are common members of Trust & Club.

We the Club members are maintaining the said premises like electricity bill, water bill, and minor civil works or white wash whenever nee rquire. Now we want to renovate the said premises to two storied building for better facilities to the society and our members with the saving money of Club which we get from our members as subscripttion.

Now the question is,  in future the Trust may arise the question of ownership for the said premises or may the trustees family members. We also called a meeting with Trustees (5 trustees who are alive) for our renovation programme.

So please guide us – how to make paper work with Trust to safeguard the interest of our Club for better service to the societies, as in renovation work  the Club may invest huge amount. In future any dispute should not be arise.  PLEASE GUIDE US
