I am residing in South India. To appear in Supreme Court as person, I have to affix Court Fee stamp in memo of appearance. Can I affix court fee stamp available in Other states for Tamilnadu or Karntaka for the same? some one pl. clarify on this. Is there specific court fee stamp for each state?
