Clarification needed on release deed signed on 1966

Dear sir/mam

My father signed a release deed to his father generally in the year 1966 at the age of 20. The abstract of the deed is, " i am willing to give up my rights generally in all of our properties since our family overflowing in debt. so i signed this release deed to my father in exchange of getting 100 rs." My dad got married in the year 1981. Until he lived with his father and family, they did marriage etc happened.

In the year 1995, patta issued generally for a house (natham) land. It consists of all heirs name. 1,2 and 3. (1- elder son, 2- dad, 3-young son = to my grandpa).

Now my question is,

1. Whether my dad got any rights in that property since his name included in that patta?

2. My chithapa (3 - young bro) constructed home in our part and giving troubles if we claim.

now whats the way to acquire the rights of my dad in that property. My dad claims he wasnt know whats release deed while signing, that too he was only 20 and his education is up to 8th std only.

Please help me.

Your father cannot claim ignorance of law as an excuse.
