Sir, I am working as Senior Asst., in District Court, Kadapa. I am having a doubt. Here in most of the Guardian Original petition filed to appoint a person as guardian of the minor and to his property. In such petitions, most of them are furnishing the Minor name in the cause title, represented by mother / father as natural guardian, and in last para prayer, it is prayed that the Hon'ble court may be pleased to appoint the petitioner as Guardian as Minor. I think the Minor shall be shown as 1st / 2nd petitioner, or the Guardian shall be shown as 2nd/1st petitioner, in the cause title and in prayer paragraph, " It is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to appointed 1st / 2nd petitioner as guardian of the 2nd / 1st petitioner and to his properties "
Am I correct or the filling of petitions as told above is correct. Please reply
