Clarification for gratuity

If you have worked for 240 days in the last year; or you have completed 190 days (in case there were 5 working days) in the company, you are eligible for gratuity. Please calculate yourself.

Your tenure shall be =04Y07M01D.

If establishment works for 6days/week or less than for 6days/week then you shouldhave worked for 240/190days in each year, for atleats 5 years.

Rest you can ascertain yourself.

The employer can offer beter terms of gratuity and pay gratuity.
