Iam from recently formed TELANGANA State.
Is it required to pay any fee in the REGISTRATION OFFICE to get property transferred on the name mentioned in the WILL of a deceased person?
to be more clear, Does Sub Register Office charge any fee to Transfer the property on the name of the person mentioned in the WILL of a deceased person.
If there is any fee Please let me know the fee they charge.
