Could someone elaborate what to do In case if a pensioner dies and he does not update his wifes details in his pension documents, how can the wife claim his monthly pension after his death.
Is there any procedure to follow to cliam the pension, is it time taking ?
They were not living together for more than 15 years and are not legally divorced. But we have documents to support that they are married.
Request to please suggest in this case.

The pension paying office shall provide with requisite forms and details.
