we are jointly purchased (registered) a property on 23 Nov 2013 and paid land tax on 16 Jan 2014 then on 3/Feb/2014 an attachment arrived from the district court, and it is maid against previous land owner.
I maid a claim petition to the court but Attachment is not raised yet i want to pledge my property in a bank soon, is there any chance to make a verification commission on this case please advice me for this issue
