Claim of property after 32 years

Hi,

My great grand father has purchased a house in 1917

My grandfather after settling all his brothers and with settlement deal has secured the house in 1947

my grandfather had 3 sons and a daughter (my mother)

In 1977 my grandfatther has written a settlement for the house for his 3 sons only

my mother in not part of the settlement deal (she didnt sign the settlement deal)

now one of the son has sold the property to third party and two other holds the property

After 33 years can now my mother claim the property. ?

Note: when my grandfather secured the property it is before 1956 women rights act
