Cjjd refused to obey district court's time limit

Sir/Mam

District Court allowd my Appeal and remanded back M.A. filed by me u/s. 39 Rule 2A and directed the Civil Judge (CJJD) to dispose the case in 90 days w.e.f 01-02-2017

1st 10 days the date was given day by day

But later on case was transferred to other Civil Judge

And he directly gave date of 31-03-2017 and then of 24-04-2017

When I obejected that the case must be disposed on or before 30-04-2017 as per Order of District Court

then

The Civil Judge passed Order in writing  that “ Though it is time bound case but because his schedules are busy he may or may not take matter for evidence on 24-04-2017 and hence the next date will be in June 2017

What to do ?
