Can a Public Charitable Trust (Mumbai) have the Elections, AGM, a Religious Service with a Drama thrown in, followed by a Subsidised Lunch for members, their families & guests all on the same day- one after the other starting at 10.00 am; then 1045 to 1130; then Elections?aGM between 11.30 & 1pm followed by the subsidized lunch from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. The present MC is standing once again (and by word of mouth has been saying nobody will vote for others when they are getting subsidized meals & at cost 'drinks' from the present MC).The Trust from its reserves is spending over Rs 200/- per head from Trust funds for the subsidized meals and also close to Rs20,000 to get the liquor permit?
